This was my first time having Dean work with one of my guitars. I was impressed by his professional site and service. I wanted my floating tremolo guitar setup in Drop C tuning from E-Standard, and it had some serious fretting out issues around the middle upper section of the neck I wanted improving. Straight away it was clear Dean knew what he was talking about, and had an impressive setup and tooling in his workshop. I left feeling confident that my guitar was in good hands. I let Dean recommend what changes the guitar needed, and what string gauge made sense, which he talked me through and we agreed. Dean was communicative throughout, arranging a pickup date in advance, and keeping me updated when he needed to re-arrange. After just over 1 week, my guitar was ready. Dean has done a fantastic job, it play like butter, all the basics like intonation etc. are spot on. He's also thoroughly cleaned and serviced the guitar, the fret-board looks factory fresh, which I didn't think would be possible after 10+ years of use and abuse. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dean to anybody; I most certainly will be going back for all of my guitar work. Thanks very much.
